Dr. M. Lynne Kesel holds a BA in Art and English and an MA in Art from the University of Northern Colorado.  She graduated with her DVM from Colorado State University in 1981 and has been employed at CSU since that time.  She first worked at Laboratory Animal Resources as the Staff Veterinarian for eight years, then in the Veterinary Teaching Hospital teaching elective surgery and small animal dentistry.  Since 2004 she has had a dual appointment in Laboratory Animal Resources (Clinical Veterinarian) and the Animal Science Department.  She teaches two courses for Animal Science:  ANEQ 550 A and B, Basic Research Surgery, and ANEQ 551, Field Necropsy.
