During the Roundtable, we will discuss the recent surge of interest in supplying "Natural Beef" to consumers.  Man producers are currently weighing the potential premiums against the requirements of production and potentially reduced performance.  Renowned speakers will evaluate what is scientifically known, what remains unknown, and what may be just hype.
