Click here to submit a reservation request for ARDEC facilities.
Make sure that you choose ARDEC Events as the Event Category, and that you include the following information:
- Full name of event contact and/or organization
- Specific date, start and end time of event
- Title/ purpose of event
- Phone number, e-mail and mailing address
- University affiliated group or not
- Number of people attending event
- Facility requesting
- Classroom, Auditorium, Conference room, Plant science picnic area and conference room
- Special needs for the facility. (Bleechers, chairs, tables, projector,etc.)
You will be contacted by ARDEC staff to confirm your reservation request and discuss appropriate fees and deposits.
