Leasing
Thanks everyone for coming to the BBQ/evals on Sun. Everyone who was interested in leasing needs to talk to Barry now. If you are and did not go for some reason, email us asap. October 21st Ride with Chuck We're looking at 28 to 30 people for the ride on Sun 9 (our largest by far). For the people whose horse needs a ride, we need your phone number and where your horse is located. Also, if you have a trailer and have extra spots, let us know where you are coming from too and your phone number so we can get a plan in the next week. We should definitely have a large CSU stock trailer and possibly a bumper pull. The plan is to be at the ranch and be ready to ride by 10:00, including picking up the 8-9 horses from a neighbor. We'll keep you updated. November 3rd Fundraiser/Dance That Sat we will be hosting our first fundraiser dance at the Livermore Community Hall. There will be dance lessons from 7-8 and the band (Just Getting By I believe) will start playing at 8:00. We have one more meeting before that weekend, and have set up committees. Those on advertising need to get moving asap. If you're interested in helping and did not sign up, please let us know. The committees are Advertising, Decorations/Setup, Food/Drink, Kids, Doors/Clean up, and Dance Lessons. If you need to talk to Chuck his number is (home)970-498-0123 and (cell)970-690-0987.
