This year’s event is coordinated by undergraduate students from Block and Bridle, Collegiate Cattlewomen, Collegiate Horsemen, Mountain Riders, Polo Club, Rodeo Team, Seedstock Team, Versatility Ranch Horse Club and others to showcase the achievements of each club and judging team. The event also allows the department to honor the outstanding students, young alum and an industry partner.  

The 2008 event will be held in the Thomas M. McKee Building at The Ranch. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m.  A silent auction will begin at 5:30 p.m. and all the proceeds will benefit an agricultural charity. The Spring Branding Banquet is an exemplary opportunity to interact with students and their parents, the faculty and staff from the Animal Sciences Department, alumni and the Livestock Leaders.  This is a wonderful opportunity to support the student leadership and see our future in action.

Tickets will go on sale March 17th and can be purchased in the main office of the Animal Sciences Department.  All tickets must be purchased prior to the banquet.

Coming from the North (Fort Collins): Go south on I-25 for about 9 miles. Take the Crossroads Boulevard exit (Exit 259). Turn left onto East Crossroads Boulevard. Turn left onto Fairground Avenue. Turn left onto Arena Circle and park in the 4-H parking lot.

Coming from the South (Denver): Go north on I-25. Take the Crossroads Boulevard exit (Exit 259). Turn right onto East Crossroads Boulevard. Turn left onto Fairground Avenue. Turn left onto Arena Circle and park in the 4-H parking lot.
