Registration:
There is no registration limit for the lecture series and symposium.  The workshop will be limited to 30 participants.  Registration will be available online and will be guaranteed upon full payment.  The deadline for registration will be June 9th, 2008.

Registration fees:
Lecture series – Graduate student ($250); Professional ($500)
Lecture series and Workshop – Students ($1,250); Professional ($1,500)

Refund/cancellation policy:
A 75% refund of registration fees will be made available if cancellation is made at least two weeks before the symposium and workshop begin (by 5:00 p.m. on June 9th), and no refunds will be made after this time.

Letter of invitation:
