We invite companies that manufacture and market assays for molecular detection of foodborne pathogens and spoilage organisms to set-up a table-top exhibit on Monday, March 30st and Tuesday March 31st to showcase their assays. Workshop participants will be encouraged to visit exhibitors during breaks.
