Generally a foreigner wishing to enter the Kingdom of Thailand has to acquire a visa from Royal Thai Embassy or Royal Thai Consulate-General (www.mfa.go.th/web/10.php). However, nationals of certain countries can enter without visa according to visa exemption agreements.
